With threats to block phone lines, MTN users (old, young) in Abeokuta queue up in front of the main MTN office in Okelewo everyday for about a week now, to register their lines. Not enough staff to attend to them, the queues extend to the main road, and people get to the office as early as 5am. Most of the time, they get sent back home, because there is not enough time or staff to attend everyone. Customers are angry because they claim to have registered their sims before but MTN says they need to confirm their registration.

My question; Is there no better way to handle this situation?
