A statement by the Senior Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr Garba Shehu said “the documents submitted to the CCB, which officials say are still being vetted and will soon be made public, show that prior to being sworn in on May 29, President Buhari had less than N30 million to his name. He also had only one bank account, with the Union Bank. President Buhari had no foreign account, no factory and no enterprises. He also had no registered company and no oil wells”, the statement said. So apart from his pension and his cows what was our dear President doing since PTA,and he had young children to train and support. Just wondering ![]() |

1stGenius:. We have been waiting for this type of comment. We know some will come here and spew trash. They have declared their assets so haters can continue their wailing. Meanwhile, after leaving office, presidents are supposed to declare their assets too, where is GEJ's asset declaration after office? If you can't show us, shut up! |
| Re: Buhari, Osinbajo Declare Assets by olayinkaj2(m): 7:15am On Sep 04, 2015 |
smuth:. GEJ declared his assets after he became the president if am right, he should also come out and declare after leaving office so that we can compare and contrast, if you can't show us that documents where he declared, then keep quiet! |

| Re: Buhari, Osinbajo Declare Assets by 989900: 7:26am On Sep 04, 2015 |
I think I now get it: most wailers think asset declaration's end game is basically to know your worth now -- No! It is essentially for comparing what you have now, to what you will have after your tenure. The above reason is why a thorough check is conducted to be sure you are not inflating figures, such as pre-declare your intended loot as your worth now. Oh wailers! ![]() |
