Thief! Airtel Is Stealing From Us by Seened(op): 6:28pm On Sep 04, 2015*

I received three texts within a time frame of 10 seconds from Airtel this afternoon informing me that N120 has been deducted from my balance this afternoon for a service I was not aware exists nor subscribe to.N120 is something I can afford to give away but when this occurs regularly from Airtel and is done to other Nigerians then I just have to speak up. I made a call to Airtel's customer care; the rep told me there was nothing he could do about it. Can someone please tell me if we have an agency in Nigeria where our complaints can be addressed?

Airtel has been stealing from it's customers since the beginning of the world.. Left the useless sim about 2 years.

Seened, I will suggest you channel this to their social media representatives. Follow (@airtel_care) as they should be able to resolve this issue for you asap.
