I have just lost my phone (MTN) this afternoon. I need the line back urgently in order to be able to meet up expected incoming calls on that MTN line. Please, how do I do SIM retrieval online? Is there any provision for such please? Does SIM backup bring back all information on SIM and phone memory or only contacts on previous the SIM when retrieved? Please all hands on deck please.

SIM swap is also possible using the Self Care Application Here, you'll need your Security Number for this app too.
