The story isn't totally true. I was around the vicinity on the day of the shooting. The naval officer was mentally unstable. Secondly those residing around the majidun area are involved in pipeline vandalism, encourage vandals, as they engage in buying and selling from the vandals. They have attacked naval officers several times. Just recently 3 police men were killed by d vandals while on duty. Also on the issue of rape, the women around the majidun awori environs willing give themselves to the officers, due to high poverty amongst residents.
Am nt saying the report is totally false, but i know this much.

went through most of the comments and I'm surprised we all just judged..for the man blaming buhari..as daft as u are; ishiamu...the naval officers raided that particular community way before the elections due to activities of the oil bunkerers and the community is filled almost totally with them that explains the presence of the naval officers there and the raid was highly successful because of arrests and number of kegs of diesel found....ask anyone in ikorodu if u need facts........
number 2; they should report the appropriate authorities if they are indeed going through hardship because justice must be served; no time for indiscipline but really I feel they want to get rid of the naval officers so as to continue what has been feeding them......oil bunkering!

While l totally condemn the excesses of the Naval officers, l support the sacking of that section of the Majidun Community harsh it may sounds.That place is notorietly known for the bunkery activities,over 70% of the residents there engaged in the illicit act especially the young ones.lt started last October(5th to be exact)during the Sallah break when the the Naval men bursted their activities.A very serious traffic gridlock was caused in the process.Motorists spent about 3hrs from Haruna bus stop to Ogolonto which is just about 1km. There was no single house in that place where at least a 50ltrs of fuel was not found.Loads of drums & jerrycans were carted out during the invation(l was in the traffic and witnessed it all)lt is a known fact in lkorodu that you can easily get fuel be it diesel or petrol at any time in that place at ridiclous prices too.Another place like that is lshawo area of Agric.

And tge government is trying to lure investors into naija these boys are turning it into potty. The rapists should be given the maximum punishment. Hang them all. As for the I no follow rape but I helped beat them group they should be suspended without pay.
