At a friend's traditional wedding today....when the cloud gathered and it was almost about to rain.....the girl's father ( a retired federal civil servant) was very confident when people voiced there concerns about the changing weather, he said "I have settled chilaka, he l take care of the rain"
And true to his words there was no drop of rain....though its the thick of raining season and its been raining every other day...

I have heard people talk about people's ability to stop rain or even make it to fall....some people say only illiterates and pagans believe such things....but av seen. That even educated, rich and well traveled christians patronize this rain makers....

Fellow nairalanders, what do you think about this rain making issue? Have you seen it work? Do you think its possible? Is there a scientific explanation?

I have seen it first hand,have even seen peeps washing hands in a basket filled with water that was fetched from a jerrycan right before my eyes.

Yup my aunt does it in Ekpoma. Strange things happen there.
