Presently, she's doing massaging for me.
Once we certify n prepare our bori for conception, no cause for alarm by God's grace. God has d final say all the way.

This might help someone. A gynea I met who seems to know his onions from the back to the bulb told me that the best time to bd is exactly fourteen days before your next af. That's if you have a regular cycle. If af always show on day 27 or 28 and above, you should count back fourteen days and bd then. Bd a day before and a day after. He said it's like clock work, you must have af fourteen days ovulation, that's if you don't get pregnant and don't have issues. I'm expecting af tomorrow which is cd28, so I should count as from tomorrow (if it comes) 28 days to my next af which should be 5th of October. Now if I should count back fourteen days from 5th of October, I should bd from 20th of this month to 23rd with 21st and 22nd being my best days. I hope I haven't confused anyone. He also said the best way to optimize conception is bd at least like three times a week to make doubly sure because there are times people conceive before and even after ovulation. God at work there.

for those having unruptured follicle or cysts should stop using pain killers like felvin, ibruprofen etc for period cramps. A gynae just told me new research has shown them as one of the causes of it. God's favour on us all

My dear, I'm in the same boat with you o. During my last af, I cried like a baby o. Had to take overdose of felvin before I was relieved. And I don't have fibroid again o. I simply can't understand why I still have painful af.

What I resorted to doing was using Paracetamol 2days before n on d day of period itself. Some say Paracetamol is not strong enough but I assure timing is d most important thing when using Paracetamol. My sister for period regulation try vitex. Fertility blend contains it . If u use it religiously for a month u will see a difference. U can Google d reviews on fertility blend or vitex. U will learn a lot. All d best

My dear, pain pass pain o. You don get the kain pain wey go make you speak latin? The heating pad/hot water bottle doesn't work for me. Infact, i suspect it increases my pain. Last af I drank hot water and got my chest burnt yet it didn't stop the pain but for a few minutes. I start cramping a week before af and I'm forced to take paracetamol on such days so I can bear the pain when it finally comes even after taking felvin. I'm just amazed that I'm not cramping badly this cycle even as af might show tomorrow. I've taken your advice to heart sha but it's only felvin that stops the pain for me. it is well with you, dear.

My dear, I know the paracetamol therapy but it doesn't work for me. I start taking my own a week before af yet when it comes, it's still very painful I have to resort to using felvin. I know felvin doesn't allow af flow so I take water melon to help it flow. I haven't taken paracetamol this cycle because my husband read on the Internet a new study that suggests prolonged use of paracetamol can cause infertility. I've been bearing the pain, though it's not as painful as it used to be. Can I use the fertility blend to stop the pain?

Hello ladies,Tsquare, Freakingout and hotmama, i have heard Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) helps with all PMS including cramps and also helps regulate AF but for someone TTCing it can only be used from AF to O. You guys can read up about it. I just started using it and i don't usually have bad cramps.

I remember some years ago when i had painful cramps one cycle. I took cataflam and the pain went away immediately, i was happy. My next cycle the pain I experienced could wake a dead body!!!! I couldnt leave my house, i couldnt eat, i was rolling on the floor and worst thing was my mum refused to give me the cataflam again . Before my next cycle my mum advised i stay off sweet things (fizzy drinks) and cold stuff about a week before my period and i took paracetamol before my period (i start getting the pains 5days before my period starts) and i was ok.
That said, i know progesterone helps with PMS. if you can get the progesterone cream (rather expensive sha, about 11k at healthplus) or cyclogest.
Lets be careful what we ingest ooo. I was on prescription parlodel for high prolactin then the same doctor prescribes Fertilaid some weeks later and i did not remember to ask about the contra indications of both drugs. Turns out my hormones were totally messed up and my last cycle was 18days .
Another thing learnt! What a wonderful learning journey im on. I told my sis that has 4 kids i was going for HSG and she asks 'what is HSG?' Some people are lucky not have to go through this much knowledge gathering as we are doing but it shall end in praise.

Someone told me recently, 'Do not let 1 thing you are pursuing consume you. If you get fixated on one thing you tend to forget everything else, you forget to live, forget friends, family, career etc.' In that light, im planning my 3rd honeymooniverssary (Anniversary on 28th)....abeg i need suggestions on getaway locations

With the pain killers sef,i throw up everything that enters my mouth,sometimes na injection dey get me,one pharmacist had to tell dh to stop bringing me to her pharmacy for injection(me sef no dey like go there, imagine #1k for injection when my regular pharmacist gives me for #200 )...

I really don't have a choice at the moment,i have been admitted to the hospital sometimes because of the pain...when e start ehn,neighbours dey line up,form queue to just tell me "sorry, it is well"

I have tried almost everything,herbs?(i never see wetin wan bitter for my mouth again), hot water bottle?(dh has stopped me,as the thing don gimme tattoos for body), diet?(dem no dey tell skeleton like me to diet)

Babes,i cannor gonna comman kee mysef...for now those painkillers and injections keep me sane for at least 4 hours out of 24 hours of a day of period...the flow nkor? Chei...the blood no be for here,shebi dem say na 8 teaspoon of blood for normal blood flow? My own na 8 moodu... ...

Please don't ask me why I don't take the drugs days before the period to reduce the pain,my period is as irregular as the steps of the preggy mothers "elephant walking" e.g snr modath, zaynie,chinwedym and co.. ..

But this won't bring me down,i will keep trying hard to live my life the best way I can,Happy people are beautiful people ...
