Op, You rating is based on BEAUTY OF THEIR BUILDING.

A teaching Hospital rating should be based on Available medical facilities, Available Medical practitioners who lectures the students among other important criteria, not Building.

Did I just see LUTH there?

One of the most useless hospital ever known to mankind.

A hospital that can never diagnose a case that is beyond malaria and typhoid (only after wasting your time life and money treating malaria). Better regarded as a place to go and die away from home.

As for its medical personnel, even the devil can boast of being more human and more efficient.

Top in terms of structure or equipment? The pictures u posted indicate u mean the formal. But a standard hospital is more of equipment than structure.
