Good evening everyone, One of the questions I get asked most often bothers around the subject of how to lose fat after childbirth. And this morning i decided to share this information with you, as I believe it will benefit you or someone close to you.

Have you personally observed the way celebrities flaunt their new look after delivery? You will be forced to wonder what their secrets are.
But I must give a serious caution here: Do not start any active fat loss work out immediately after childbirth. It is best to allow your body recover from the associated stress and shock.

As a rule of thumb, I will recommend waiting for 4 to 6 weeks before commencing any weight loss program, and it may be appropriate that you consult your family doctor for advise. This is especially necessary if you gave birth through C-Section (CS). Please be SURE to wait until your body heals up COMPLETELY. Again, ensure your doctor is contacted.

Is that clear my dear my people? If you gave birth through CS, never compete with someone who did via normal delivery. That may be a suicide mission. Now, let's talk about how to get back your figure 8

As you know already, like the regular fat loss, two things are generally involved in getting back your old self after childbirth. They are your diet and workout, or exercise.

As for diet, go for healthy natural foods with less calorie but high fibre contents. These are mostly fruits and vegetables, that are
available in the local markets. I am talking about fruits and vegetables such as Orange, Apple, Banana, Garden Egg, Water Melon, carrots, cucumber, cabbage, Lettuce, Ugwu, Spinach, water Leaf, Grapes, Lemon etc. Then dice and make fruit salad, vegetable
soup/stew or snack on any of these fruits and vegetables. Also include fibre rich foods such as Oats, Beans, Plantain, Moi Moi, Plantain Amala, Ofada Rice, as well as protein such as egg, grilled or boiled fish, etc in your meals.

But avoid soft drinks and energy drinks. In fact, flee from them.

As for exercise, engage I recommend walking. Keep moving. You don't have to go far. Walking is a simple but effective way to achieve this goal. Another wonderful way to go is breastfeeding. This may surprise you, but it works.

Try these and you will be happy with your post-baby body.

If you enjoyed this article, feel free to share it with others too.

Enjoy the remaining part of the day.
