It might be better to have some foreign missions manage relations for two countries which are close by or maybe maintaining one mission in a country rather than having a presence in multiple cities.

I think it would be better to have fewer foreign missions which are effective and know what they are doing rather than having lots of offices all over with staff who are so rude, unprofessional and lazy.

True, but some countries with exceedingly close ties to others may not need to have missions in both. One in London can serve the whole UK etc.

The embassies of countries neighbouring such affected countries can always serve them.

E.g, the embassy of UAE or Saudi Arabia can always provide consular services to the Nigerians in Qatar. There are many of such examples.

Can u imagine the mammoth crowd and inconvenience that will be visited on the London office by Nigerians in Scotland, Wales and Ireland? It will be a nightmare!
