Check your device manager if you are not having driver issue. You can try the modem on another PC

Femi u r d bomb! U r right, it works on another system & 2 different networks (mtn & Etisalat)used on d particular lappy didn't work. Also, it won't power on instantly at d press of d "power button"; it will take like 4/10minutes before it comes on.
Wat Do I need to repair on d system, and like how much it will cost so I know if it's sumtin I can do right away?

Click on Start button, Right click on computer and click Manage.
Now click on Service tools >> Device manager

Ensure that all drivers under "Network Adapters" are present.

For overall solution,
Just backup and format the system

Pls give me ur line

How do I "back up" & "format"
I only know how to format a SD card. Lol

abeg make sombody help me crack this modem naa. make una try, na beg i dey. it doesnt ask for unlock code though. Its a ZTE Corporation modem
