You need a lawyer for that part. Pay a lawyer to fill and sign the form. |

fatboytall1:You're correct brother. Not all lawyers are accredited. The least you can do is reach out to a lawyer first and then ask for a referral if s/he isn't accredited. |

Hi, There are 3 sets of professional who are usually accredited by CAC. 1. Lawyers 2. Chartered Accountant 3. Chartered Secretaries. If you have your qualifying certificate as one of the professionals above, you will then apply to CAC to have you accredited. As for the original post, you will need one of the above professionals who is accredited to sign that Form CAC 4, otherwise your document would be KIVed. |
