To be On the safer side and have absolutely nothing to lose, I entreat you to complete your youth service before voyaging to golden shores to further your education. The reason is this : You are below 30 now, Why not just Serve your fatherland, then when you are through, You can travel to any part of the world for your ambition (after all ,its just a year, you could even save something tangible from the Allowance and have enough money to facilitate your travel), But if you travel without Serving, Well, You might not be able to serve again when you return to Nigeria.
so, Brother, Sacrifice a year and serve, Afterwards, board the next flight for yonder shores.
