Evening dude...
Just to clear this.

You do not need to write mathematics in jamb and postume when choosing psychology. That doesnt remove the fact that u wont do some mathematical and statistical courses in your 100 level though.

But u'll do maths for inter-rel.

Ok, what that might mean in essence is that it is not in Oau's nature to scrutinize people's waec, jamb or postume subject combo when giving admission.
>
They just give it to you once u make the merit cutoff, and then (perhaps after enough jubilation for hitting topscore), send u to a dept. that suits your wrong combo later - during physical registration.

''O'' level only. But even if u applied for psychology and dont have maths, (say d7, e8) and yet met the cutoff, that doesnt mean u wouldnt be given psychology.

Pre-degree actually told is explicitly...psychology is in social sciences...all courses in social sciences and administration requires maths in jamb and post jamb.

I don't think Maths s needed in all Faculty of Social Science and Administration courses because there are cases that Law applicants are usually redirected to Law or Psychology in OAU I have seen one or two pple like that. Pls enlighten me if am wrong.
