But Anchor84, to me, you were not scammed. He maintained communication and never denied being indebted. Aldoe he took him long to pay back but he kept you informed. Bobby on the other hand posts aggressive ads which has earned him lots of enemies. I belive that is why no one carefully studied the situation from both sides.
And from what i saw in the chats screenshots, anchor and bobby's relationship is actually friendly. Bobby was much more softer than when he is here on nairaland.

I don't agree with ur post. Bobby did it of his own free will, he wasn't forced. Let the 10k be for the inconveniences and delay

You were able to refund the money in less than 24hrs, meaning you have the wherewithal to pay but you refused. You didn't scam him, but you thought you could punish him by holding on to his money for as long as possible. My advice is this: in business you win some and you lose some. Next time don't let it degenerate to this extent before settling your customer because a good name is worth more than silver or gold. Your name has been dragged in the mud because of chicken change 40k.

You should have refunded the money on time and now you have paid the price for trying to play smart.

How sure are you he paid the money conveniently, he could have the money and still have more serious issues to handle. I dont know if you were born with silver spoon or you live in riches. We are in Nigeria and i bet errone should understand how financially unstable nigeria is. Have you ever been indebted to someone?

I would also advise that you read the chats again and understand the relationship they had. I think they were actually closer than just a random seller to customer relationship

I Never said he Scammed me sir,but I know he doesn't want to return d Money.if I don't come here to report him He won't Refund my Money.

Point of correction I had it in mind to refund u but money had been used to tie some projects down as at wen u were requesting for it..my only advise for u anchor ...don't deposit for products that u won't be able to balance for at the stated time...It cud lead to so many confusion and some people might not even have it in mind find to make a refund...they will only keep holding on to the fact that u have to clear what u bought or forget it...if I had given u a non refundable payment reciept I know u wont be talking about any refund...I now know the importance of why people issue out a non refundable receipt and documents all their transaction....anchor accept ur own fault...the 40k was never goin to make me the richest man on earth in the first place...am very sure ur a buisness person .one way or the other u will still come across shits like dis in buisness...anchor accept that u caused this whole confusion...enjoy ur money

My point exactly... what most people have is just unnecessary beef for the bobby guy. Maybe because his dogs are expensive (which is not a must they buy) or that he is rude... People should stop letting personal issues get into business...
