Why must they appeal to d Government what if it was only one child won't they make preparation to take care of it.

My friend a woman doesn't give birth a week after conception she stays pregnant for NINE (9) months and during this time she attends ante natal and should have known long before edd that she will have triplets. Her man should have upped his plans and prepared for three kids instead of acting surprised and helpless when they are born as if overnight the baby multiplied miraculously.
