Don't think u have offended somme1 or there is some witch behind you,It has happened to me several times dat I tink that same thing.God knows d reason why he do something,so rely ur hiope on God.Let's wait for the cut-off to be out,who knows it may come to ur favour.Just chill for now,erase it from ur mind it doesn't mean u are a failure.

If sorrow come in the evening,Joy will come in the moorning,I will advise u people that do not score well but score above 50 start praying. But for those who score below average,am still repeating it,it is not the end of your life,I am also in the same experience,just take heart and leave it unto God's hand,u can start looking for one means or the other to leave home dis year,maybe ur 2nd choice poly or try any other options.
Don't quit,continue trying,one day hustle will pay,ur good will now become better and then u rest.If u are going to register for another utme,it is not bad idea,u shdnt feel discouraged,just keep on reading it is not over untill it is over.Do not think of ur second schl mate dat have gained admission past you,it is not how far but hw well.May God lift everyone of us to gr8er height.[/b]

am not saying the cut off will be lowered but some other things can be done

Congratulations to those that had above 50% in the just concluded post Utme, am a realist so, I would be plain U.I can't admit below 50%. With my little observation, I think MBBS cutoff mark this year can't be up2 80%, prolly btwn 70-79, while law can't be up to 80%. Law admits a reasonable number of aspirants coz it's a faculty on its own, for does that had distinct scores for their chosen courses like treasuregr8 70+ for sociology or so, more congrats to you, MBBS 82 or so congrats too bro. Femblezz1 am optimistic law won't be up2 75% and Pol science won't have also exceed 65%, by God's grace. But most importantly, we should know that the journey has just began, and this trend has just began as well, there will still be more things to contemplate on. No matter how high your score is don't feel pompous rather be thankful to God, if you had a bad score(<50), that's not the end, brace up, encourage yourself and start making better plans, coz good times are ahead of you, to get a different result, you have to do things differently, with a better plan in order to achieve your goals, and try to discover yourself, where your strength lies. Finally, don't be pessimistic, rather be optimistic at the same time be realistic, LET'S WAIT FOR THE OFFICIAL CUT OFF MARKS FOR ALL DEPARTMENTS, coz, anything asides that are just mere speculations. Hopefully before Friday it will be released, and if they tend to be slow it wouldn't exceed next week, so be patient, hopeful and thankful.

I really doff my hat in respect for that guy that scored 85 gunning for elect-elect engineering if actually his score is not a result of luck on guessing the answers during the exam. I'll love to meet with such a genius of our time that did what I actually thought was practically impossible!

Mind you, 6,000+ passed last year out of 8,000+ that sat for the exam.
I can only see Medicine going back to 75, Law might still maintain 73, Dentistry, Pharmacy et al would be below 70.

When they nail A (73) in school, they're so hungry that they keep thinking on how they'll
improve in order to bag 90s.

Whoever that fails should not see it as the end of life, there's always room for improvement.

Ifeco4donz, MBBS guy, couldn't get 70 in 2013; he didn't give in to defeat, he tried harder in 2014, scored 80+ and got MBBS...
