Question is, who owns this U-23 team, the Nigeria Football Federation or the National Sports Commission? Agreed that the NSC takes responsibility for sporting events such as this, but are the national teams also the property of the NSC? Is it the responsibility of NSC to provide jerseys for the national teams even when the NFF have kit sponsors?
