'cos, if u graduated from a public or gvt owned university in Nigeria, you will discover that during exams there is definitely gonna be scarcity of car. transportation fare hike and the rest. Even in the university of Lagos here, during exams you see peeps dragging for cab to get to their various exam halls.

Pls I need to correct sometin, him going late to d exam hall doesn't mean he's not prepared. Most times wen u attend though institutions and u are determined to come out wit gud grade, no matter hw much u hav read, u will still feel u havnt read at all. U will read till u enter d exam hall. Wot am not in support here is d means thru wich he went to school, wot would hav happened if he had fallen? Will he hv been able to write d exam? Pls let's be guided.
