On a more serious note, saraki bit more than he could chew.

He felt he is far smarter than the president, Tinubu and his party leadership put together. All this would have been avoided if he simply conceded the principal officers position to the party after his emergence as the senate president. But he wasn't magnanimous in victory. He wanted to eat his cake and still have it so, he became too smart for his own good.

Saraki must go. no way for betrayal in this government. Like father like son

This are honest questions:


1. Does the Nigerian Constitution grant powers to a justice to issue a bench warrant against an elected official?

2. The Supreme Court is the highest court, and, I may be wrong but I thought they resolved the issues bordering on immunity clause?

Please no insults, just need clarification on how Nigerian laws work.
