My question is, what did you do or say when Amaechi got a court injunction and was bragging all over the place that nobody can touch him? Please who told you the panel has no constitutional backing? Was that Amaechis reason for not showing up or was it because he felt he would not get a fair hearing from what he describes as the composition of the panel?
Selective amnesia is what is going to do Apc in.
From now till another one year, Nigerians would begin to see the very reason Apc wanted power by all means possible.

Who also informed you that there are no petitions against Amaechi at the Efcc?

You seemed not have been on this earth for some time now, anyway welcome back.
Stop making up stories as you go along and stop supporting criminals who doesn't care about me and you with your nymphrotic excuses.
Amaechi can kiss my a*s for all I can
Go through my post and sight where I supported an Amaechi charged to any court. How many times you repeated it will not make it sensible.

I am not making excuses for Saraki but the motive behind it is very questionable. How come the CCB never invited Saraki to come and clarify the issues before being charge to court without proper notification? No matter the side you belong, due process must be followed or we risk using the institutions for abuse and witch hunting of political enemies. More so, I don't see anything wrong in Saraki going to court to enforce his fundamental rights.
What was your reaction when Sanusi was suspended? was that due process?

Nigerians are their own worst enemies especially the so called masses who are supposed to be the main victims of corruption by politicians and civil servants.

You now have a government through their actions and body language has empowered all agencies of the State to do what the law has empowered them to do but all you get was negative comments riddled with innuendos, conspiracy theories and abject stupidity.

Why would I care if Saraki is being witchhunted for being corrupt?
I said the same thing during OBJs period, that if you don't want to be witchhunted, please keep your nose clean and there will be nothing to witch hunt you with.

The very first place a witch hunted victim want to be is the court. So how can you be running away from the court and also screaming witch hunting with the same breath?
Innocent man supposed to love the court and not using one court to prevent self going to another court to defend self.

In a true democratic climate, people willingly resign from their positions, so as to have all the time in the world to clear their name from any accusations.
If Saraki is using a corrupt court injunction to stop self from appearing before another court of law, what right has he got making laws and for whom in particular?

What again is the job of the court, if not to punish the guilty and set the innocent free?
The judges that issues this injunctions stopping courts, police and other agencies from doing their jobs deserve to be stoned.
Bill Clinton was a sitting president when prosecutor Kenneth Starr questioned him over Monica Lewinsky to established if he had prejured himself in an earlier investigation.
Clinton did not say "am the president, I got immunity"or approached some corrupt judge to issue him immunity from being questioned by the authorities.

What moral has Saraki got now asking any person or bodies to appear before any Senate investigative committee to answer questions, when he cannot himself?
My worst anger are reserved for the idiotic conspiracy theorists going on about APC or Tinubu.
When does the two controls the judiciary or the anti corrupt agencies?
Wasn't Tinubu himself docked for operating a foreign account which he appeared and defended himself and the case was struck out for lack of merit?
Why didn't Tinubu use his supposed almighty power then to prevent his own trial?
Or use it to prevent Saraki being the Senate president? How can anyone be so daft and bereft?

Some idiots are shouting "why now"?
And my response to them is: why not now?
Does crime has expiring date?

70 years after the 2nd world war, Nazi war criminals are still being caught and persecuted for their crimes. So why should a crime committed few years ago be declared as expired because everything in Nigeria is politically painted in black and white?
Haha!!

What does you Nigerians want?
Do you love corruption or just pretend to hate it?
If you hate corruption why do you always make excuses for criminals, irrespective of their positions, which they equally stole through all sorts of electoral malpractices?

No one has ever said that a robber was being witch hunted by the police or his robbery crime has expired and asking police: "why now?".
How many of you will support a robber that got injunction preventing the police from questioning or arresting him let alone prosecuting him in court?

Or even preventing the court for summoning him for trial? But these guys are worse than normal armed robbers.

What a country Nigeria and what a people!!
A crooked and cursed people?
d constitution of zoogeria is corruption. Deal with it.

Interesting that PA EZICHIE is defending same Buhari that refused to appear before Oputa penal to defend himself. Its more worrying when someone like PA Ezichie is singing the praises of same Buhari that said that Abacha NEVER stole inspite of the billions that have been recovered from him and yet still maintains that stance to date. If Buhari can declare Abacha corruption, what moral justification does he and his govt have to claim that another person is corrupt?
imagine dat. I will rather dine with the corrupt ones who know they are corrupt than those who pretend not to be corrupt.
Buari and APC are d perfect example of d most hypocritical corrupt beings on planet earth.

I use to think that Saraki is in APC? Silly me.
Keep going round the circle. We want corruption stopped and now corruption is being fought you are busy scratching and scrambling every straw looking for excuses with your"what about him syndrome".

When Saraki boasted earlier in the week that he shall see the CCB in court, little did I know that he was referring to his nocturnal court of injunction.

Eziachi, your tesses that nigerians actually love corruption is not true, what Nigerians hate is witchunting as presently being displayed by the presidency. The presidency and co of events of 1999 are witchunting saraki for offence 12 years ago if any. The witchunt story is true because buhari has never hidden his disdain for Saraki's emergencr as senate predident. Buhari in despiracy now want him out quick before sending his miniterial nominees for confirmation. He is now shunning the rule of law embrasing autocratism instead. Saraki must get pdp senators on his side to eventually do the needful

I don't want to join your conspiracy theory. I have never met Buhari neither have you met him and so I don't know the source of your Buhari's disdain theory from?

What any decent person Should be bothered about was wherther Saraki committed the crime he was being charged with or not. Not who doesn't like his smile.

I don't give a rat about witch hunt. Why is Dogara not being witch hunted too?
If you don't want to be witch hunted, keep your sticky fingers clean. I don't hear you bleating that thousands now in various Nigeria prisons are being witch hunted.
As far as am concerned, Saraki is still an innocent man and am rooting for to make himself a hero by going to court a clear his name with his own evidence.

If he he succeed, I will be the first to doff my hat for him, he can sure those CCB for their last penny.
Tell me whoever that was charged for corruption in Nigeria that doesn't carry the blanket of witch hunt as their usual defence?
So when shall that end.

We want corruption fought in its entirety, every corrupt person should be penalised, but what do we have have? Atiku,Obj,Tinubu,Amaechi and co walk freely and even rewarded by 'this' govt and hailed by many and you say corruption is being fought? SMH undecided

Same thing had been bordering me and I keep asking: what exactly do we want in this country?
How we refuse to let these thieves go and face the wrath of the law beats me.

Irrespective of party, tribe and religion, an acussed must have to answer. The court is there to review the case and determine his innocence.

I logged in to give you a hug, bro.Yours is a voice of reason and objectivity in its purest sense.

Most Nigerians, especially many of us who are young but too ignorant to think clearly, love corruption as our reactions to a number of anti-corruption activities show.I feel strongly that it is all a creation of our many years in the cave of visionlessness and irresponsible leadership at all levels of our societal life.

Pity!Yes,pity.Yet I am glad that our empty noise and deluded rants against the new order of accountability taking roots in our national life will always fail.

Well done.

I felt your pain years ago.
I gave up on Nigerians many years ago. It was the same in 1984. Without even knowing it, many Nigerians love and embrace corruption.
When one thief is caught, their reaction has always been: what about the others?, and then their whole attention and anger is shifted towards the prosecutor, rather than getting mad at the protagonist.
Today Ibori still got supporters outside of his family.
Weird nation.
