i swear Oshkosh is going to be rich selling this M-ATV mrap to this gulf countries.they are loosing them at a rate thats is astonishing.this war is definitely coming home,alqaeda is now in control of aden,ISIS has open a training camps in yemen coastal province with indian ocean.the gulf countries are flooding southern with weapon,which alqaeda and other groups are stocking and forget weapons abandon in yemen military bases.we are going to have our own libya

All the money in the world and high level gear will count for nought if you don't develop proper doctrine and train your troops accordingly.
So far we've seen:
1) An air campaign largely disconnected from an overall war strategy;
2) Pantsir deployed against enemy with no air assets or if they still do, what's 170 aircraft been doing since March 26?;
3) Abrams tanks cooking off after deploying without IFVs or AFVs;
4) G6 being brought forward into the direct fire role; and now
5) Essentially APCs being used as if they were IFVs!

Anyway we also had/have our own woman CO here in the Navy(But i must admit its just a Harbor Patrol Boat )..I have a feeling they'll use those HBP's to give some CO experience to officers before moving on to the bigger stuff
