Mogidi:we all know that this whole thing is been master minded by political divide. i think by now they should understand that politics is over, and that they have 4years to transform the economy most importantly. Tinubu has no business being in Abuja for now. they should let work start in ernest. This is full fledged distractions as all of them before now has skeletons in their cub board. now every one should put hands together and turn a new leaf. my submission |

Mogidi:Simple analysis, Tinubu want to remove Saraki first, if he succeed. He will then move against Ekweremadu by insisting that Ekweremadu forge the Senate Rule through the police. The police have been silent so far about the forgery but don't be surprise that they will wake up if Tinubu succeed in removing saraki. Hence, if Ekweremadu is successfully removed, Tinubu will now install is puppets "The man from benue" as the new senate president. Tinubu knew, Falana will definitely be screened out by saraki when the list is tendered to them, he want to remove Saraki as fast as possible. Also, the only way Tinubu can threaten Buhari is to control both chambers. He want to shield himself and amass power to himself! Unfortunately, no matter how hard he try, saraki will simply escape with the same cunning method he introduce to Nigeria. |

Kellzcold:Chief Wole Olanipekun was the counsel not Osinbajo. Thank me later. Also Tinubu only challenge the Tribunal jurisdiction not going there to dangle a court of coordinate jurisdiction to the Judge face. You wanna get a crazy judgment against you? go to a court of coordinate jurisdiction to making a binding pronouncements of the order, na sorry case, even higher court go just ignore sey you don't know the law, but coordinate jurisdiction court will take it as if na him mama you rape. |

shammah1:Welcome to a new Nigeria where government is in a serious mode. Gone are the nonsense and frivolous court injunction against justice when it involved the big and mighty of the society. Let us all support the change we are witnessing in our land. |

One question wey I get be say, if dem impeach saraki, who go bcom senate president. Wud ekweremadu jump to president or another will take place. Cos it seems saraki is a goner. U can't step on a cobras tail n expect to go free. More so he s so loaded with coruuption n questionable deals, SGBN, unity bank I think, kwara treasury n the recent senategate scandal |

chukwudi44:This is a display of crass ignorance. A Federal High Court, State High Court and the CCT are all of coordinate jurisdiction so one cannot supervise or review the process of another. It is primitive for a High Court Judge (be it Federal or State) to order a CCT judge to appear before him. That definitely is not the law in Nigeria. That Federal High court judge will have a lot of explaining to do when he appears before the NJC. I wonder what the Judge will tell Law Students how he made those unsupportable orders. I'm however gladdened by the reaction of the CCT to those Sarakleprous orders. What a shame! |

| Re: Saraki Issues Press Statement by Duru1(m): 1:32am On Sep 19, 2015 |
Jodesky:Most Nigerians are dumbass ignoramus. Why did a tribunal become a court of law in Nigeria? By the way, the position of the chairperson of any given tribunal is not limited to judges whether retired or still on the bench. However, the chairperson of CCT must have attended the position of a judge. |

[s] maestroferddi:[/s] I have followed all your posts on this Nairaland in the last 24 hours and conclude that you are on the loose. If you can't make any meaningful contribution on issues, then desist from insulting and abusing contributors. A word of advice: in case you don't have anything to post, just write your thoughts in your hearts and don't post trash. |

where is the change? Fighting against political enemies? Witch hunting others? There are so much to focus on than on these. Buhari wants to make sure he brings Saraki down before submitting his angelic ministerial lists to the Senate for confirmation. Meanwhile, people keep dying everyday in my state and village in the north by the fulanis terrorists. Nothing has been said or done by the FG. This is ridiculous. ibisko04: |

Paulpaulpaul:No one is celebrating stealing. I am against Saraki same way I'm against Tinubu, Atiku, Amaechi, Fashola and other corrupted APC and PDP members. Why are they deliberately fighting against their political enemies? This is obviously witch hunting. |
