Walk into any shoprite ,spa or ebano supermarket! Check in their fridges you'll find lots of yoghurt brands there with live cultures, I love eating dairybelle yoghurt! It has ab live cultures.

I used it sometime ago to ease me of the discomforting itch associated with Candida and thrush, I eat em and also apply to vjay.

garlic cloves eat some and insert one nightly into the vagina also helps.

I am not sure if those shops has outlets in Benin but check any big mart around you they should have yoghurts there! Read the label to see which one has ab live cultures.

stap does not affect fertility and isnt a veneral disease so nothing to be worried about, hope you bought the branded ciprotab

When it comes to hvs pls don't just use branded drugs....use d regular unbranded ones so ur body won't grow a resistance to d branded when need be to use it...if u go ddirect to brande and ur body grows a resistance to it u wud b sorry u did, so use unbranded it is cases of heavy growth and when more than 2pus cells detected that u go injections and branded route biko

I used d one that Anion (greenlite I presume) was written on it. Though I bought d whole pack for 17k, one is sold for 1k and above. Not sure if all regular shops av it but some do. U cud also check big stores. NB: dre are diff types of anion pad products. All d best sis.

Hey dear,staph infection can affect fertility,if it not properly treated,it really bad,am speaking from my experience,dat what I have been battling with,Just ensure u and ur spouse get treated properly,also knw persons with same experience,i used to see it as not a veneral disease and noting to worry about,until my eyes bcame cleard

janix,why don't you just buy the drug DIFLUCAN by Pfizer. it's a single dose treatment. I suffer from trush too especially after antibiotics treatment. that will give you a faster relief and no need for inserting anything that will give you infection.
