Well you have a point. However, the difference between this army administration and the last is the reduction of Boko Haram onslaught on the pages of newspapers. There is a decline and the last one (bombing IDP camp) depicts desperation on the part of Boko Haram for relevance. Hence, I will stick with the army publications on the victories currently achieved.

I believe Shekau's video was made to reduce chaos already mounting in their camps and to discourage members willingly to surrender or mutiny within the ranks.

If they are still strong as they claim why have they not being moving in convoy to and fro their attack location like they were freely doing during the Jonathan's era? Why have they not being attacking military formation as they do before. At least even the suicide bomb attacks have reduced drastically. Kudos to the military joor!
Thank you my brother. The suicide bombings are just acts of desperation. Before boko haram used to take over barracks, towns and chase soldiers away. It is now clear that the soldiers actually lacked weapons before
