There is a difference btw a light rail system and d locomotive train/Rail. The 1 being build in Abuja is a light rail. D 1 promised by Fashola n Ameachi which r still in our reams after millions of dollars have been spent r light rails but d 1 from PH 2 Makurdi or Lag 2 Kano r not light rails. 4 dose of u ignorant pple( pls use google)
