This issue wouldnt have gotten to this level of disgrace had he been Mr Saraki appeared before the court on Friday.Shamefully, he will be arrested to face the Tribunal by force tomorrow.Am happy because this will lay a good precedence.Politicians feel they can always gather many Lawyers with Money looted to fight/stop Court process.

Let's see how the whole thing turns out.

The Court of Appeal has dismissed the ex-parte application by Senate President, Bukola Saraki, seeking to set aside the order made on Friday by the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) issuing bench warrant for Saraki’s arrest.

It said it cannot interfere with the proceedings pending at the lower court.
It will be in the interest of notice for the respondents to be put on notice.

I can't stop laughing.... Saraki is so funny... So After waitin for the appeal court ruling you suddenly decided to appear.... Delay tactics by you and your lawyers didn't later work... Nigerian politicians are the worst kind of people I have ever seen... No shame at all
