Indeed he is not under any obligation to do charitable works. Just as no one is.
However as you do know, the hand that gives is always above the one that receives, not so huh

That is the white race as a GROUP will continue to be our superiors seeing as they give aids to us, among other reasons!

Governments can only provide tap water when people like Aluko do not inflate contracts, dodge taxes and engage in general corrupt practices that DEPRIVE the government of revenue or increase its cost. I hope that is something you can understand.

Bros, would you know and be willing to share with us HOW to eradicate this disease that is called poverty from the SOCIETY.
Please note that I have not asked how to eradicate it from an individual but rather from the society as the disease is CONTAGIOUS aka infectious hence a few individuals not having it momentarily is no guarantee that ALL will not have it permanently. I have problem with his wealth what I have problem with is we celebrating him. He should invest more in the real sector in Nigeria. He virtually made his money in this country.
I think I will rate dangote above him. He creates more job, even same with atiku, despite him being corrupt he has more investment in the real sector of the economy.
