Am an Undergraduate who is curious to know how to cook.
Please, i just want the good people of Nairaland to help me list the Ingredients needed and the Steps i should take when preparing Fried Rice.
Please all the Aunties should not ignore me on this one biko because it is very important to me.

All you opinions/suggestions are welcome.

Let me try....Ingredients:rice,butter,white onion,carrot,spring onion,salt,maggi,Curry & thyme, runner beans,peas,hot dog/liver,white pepper,sweet corn,red kidney,fried rice powder and stock.

Chicken (whole chicken or chicken drumsticks)
100g cow liver
1 tablespoon plain yellow curry powder (NOT Indian Curry)
1 hangful green beans
5 medium carrots
Salt (to taste)
3 medium onions
3 stock cubes
1 tablespoon thyme

I prepared it immediately i came back from Church, the Groundnut-oil and Salt i added were too much though, but it was still okay and eatable. I will perform better next time.
