hello e-fam, would be really happy if anyone could recommend a good customer care training centre for me. somewhere with recognized certification preferably at Ikeja. thanks

Telepoint Communication is a good one, I trained there last year, I could remember very well that we had some whites that came to train us alongside other guys. And I also got a certificate some weeks later from USA.

So it's a good one for me and I can recommend them to anyone who needs quality training and certificate on Customer Service.
