Yeah, the form is still out but might close anytime from now. As regards d subject combination it might differ a little from your jamb combo as it will include a little of current affairs

u can't chose any of the date you like. the date you are to write your exam has been decided by the mgt and that is the essence of you printing your exam slip to know when where and what time you are to write your exam. hope this helps
