Give him baby paracetamol to help reduce the temperature, then u take him to thehospital

It contains cyproheptadine which is not good for babies. try vitamin b.co or wellkid syrup. but please don't use oraxin or any cyproheptadine containing drug except it is prescribed by a paediatrician. for more information, Google side effects of cyproheptadine in babies.
