@janix, I read something online about substituting the flannel with an old shingle of her husband. she cut off the hand side and opened the sides. voila flannel. so me I improvised by buying a cheap shingle cut off the hands opened the side and used it. It was okay .

@ Mitchyy dearie, first of all welicom, don't be vexed i am sure all the mamas are busy trying to complete the kpekusing assignment i gave them or don't have any idea on the issue. in my opinion stress most of the time is responsible for spotting after periods or drugs, or infection or belle but your doc is in the best position to answer ur questions and tell you what may be wrong and how to get it sorted remba we mostly advice based on experiences here except few in the medical line.

@ Fumbaby, are you on any supplement or did you do smthing different in this cycle that can be responsible for that? I had a similar experience few cycles ago and i attributed it to the FERTILE CM i was using, i stopped it and neva had it again. if you think it is O why don't u test with an OPK strip just to be sure.

dont use after ovu/if preg....3 to 5 days after period is the generally accepted schedule.
once a month is the recommended usage.
ur experience is similar to most peeps, try again next cycle and observe

I think you should first go for scan to know the possible cause. Then check the level of your hormones to rule out hormonal imbalance. Or better still wait to see how your next menstrual cycle goes. If it repeats again. Then do the above mentioned.

@janix2, at the time I bought mine last year, I was not aware of any specific type to buy, so I bought from a street shop (can't really remember the exact place sha) and used it.

@ Janix ginger is good do take it also likewise green but make sure it does not have too much caffeine, it might reduce the folic acid in your system.

1) As soon as I get d positive blood PT i'll...... I dunno hw i'll feel honestly (I jst can't xpress it in words jor ) ....... . Then i'll wait till mid-night, wake DH and say "sweets, there is something I want to tell u" ... i'll now show him d result, then we will sing praises and worship God all night. Sure DH and I wud be so filled with joy to the extent that we won't sleep till dawn

I'll call DH, tell him to come quickly to the hosp, it's urgent.... when he arrives d doctor will congratulate and tell him himslef

So shall it be for me in Jesus Name. Amen
