The 12 teams competing in the FIBA Olympic qualifying tournament are France, Turkey, Belarus, Argentina, Cuba, Venezuela, Spain, New Zealand, China, Cameroon, South Korea and Nigeria. The qualifying tournament takes place between June 13-19 next year. The top 5 teams qualify for the Olympics.
According to FIBA's rankings, 8 of the teams are ahead of D'Tigress; so it may be a tough prospect for the team to qualify. However, D'Tigers weren't supposed to beat the likes of Lithuania and Greece in the 2012 OQT, so anything can happen.

BTW, the 12 teams will be divided into four groups of 3 teams. The top 2 advance to the quarter finals, and the q-final winners qualify for the Olympics.
