Lawal Kaita, a very close associate of Atiku, made the statement and he was a PDP member but since you guys stand to "benefit" more by tagging it to Buhari, you did.

As regards the "dogs and baboons", as unfortunate as it was, you people still went the extra mile to add some ingredients to it by saying he said "if he is not elected" when in fact he said "if what happened in 2011 repeated itself" referring to RIGGING, which is the hallmark of PDP.
