It is. Jonathan was still in power in 2013/2014 and they did nothing, why?. Jonathan himself did not know half of it or if he did must be a more clueless person than we even thought. If the UK government did nothing at the height of the Jonathan's time in office then there was something they were defending themselves against. Ministers don't have immunity.
