sometimes, the saying that when you hit the shepherd, the herds will scatter. Is not always so in every situation . Why am I saying this? You see , the security agency needs the cooperation of the locals and for this, they have to thread carefully with anyone they think might be sponsoring these boys. If you don't want to loose the supports of the locals who might be seeing some of these men as their messiah and not as sponsors boko Haram ( because of who they are in their communities, the locals might not have the information the security agents have about such individuals), it will be cataclysmic to go after them at this time.

What they are doing in this case is just what I'll describe as scattering their herds on the battlefield, (ofcourse , the strength of these sponsors lie in the fighters on the frontline) , cut their logistics support and then get the shepherd(the sponsors).


By doing this , a lasting solution can be found.
