On the evidence of the last three years and the misuse of so many talented players; Rodgers isn't going to take Liverpool forward. Unfortunately, we have owners who don't understand football very well. The only plus is that we do have some good players that can be used by a new coach, hopefully Klopp.

We will see how much progress Rodgers has made when they play Arsenal on Monday.

the man can talk, a real sensed ones.I think that's why he still sustained it till that moment. up Liverpool.

Klopp: Planning for success

It is 25 years since Liverpool last won the league - their 18th top-flight title - under Kenny Dalglish.

"Twenty-five years ago is a long time," said Klopp. "History is only the base for us; [we shouldn't] keep the history in our backpack all day.

"I want to see the first step next week and not always compare with other times. This is a great club with big potential. Everything is there. Let's try to start a new way.
