2. Pleasant and warm personality
3. Good command of English language
4. Good writing skills
5. Good communication skills

Job Description:

1. Liaise with clients on matters regarding to operational structures
2. Communicate new policies and procedures to clients
3. Handle all outgoing and incoming correspondences
4. Address and investigate queries and complaints from clients
5. Handle every other communication channels with clients
