Our company growing fast in the ecommerce sector is seeking to fill the position of a Customer Relations Officer:

Job Responsibilities
· Responds to customer inquiries, requests and complaints; provide timely feedback and communication on current work status; develop and maintain customer relationships via telephone, email and social media;
· Creates and manages customer log - database to monitor and track all customer issues and resolution
· Interacts with other relevant stakeholder necessary in the fulfillment of a customer’s requested order in the most professional and customer-centric attitude
· Prepares regular reports to management based on response time, issue resolution and new enquiries

Qualifications
· Team work and time management skills
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
· Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
· Creatively-minded, good at thinking ‘outside the box’
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
· Minimum of OND or its equivalent
· Not more than 26years of age
· Should living within Surulere, Mushin, Yaba, Lawanson, Iponri, Aguda, Ijesha, Orile environs would be at an advantage.
Candidate without the minimum OND qualifications, but demonstrate strong organizational, customer-centric and social media skills could also be considered

Update new and existing customer information.
Identify and escalate priority issues.

Represent company at events.
Communicate information and feedbacks to all departments.
Prepare weekly report on mobile marketing activities.
Requirements:

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
People person, friendly and respectful.
Ability to convince people and make sales.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
Good Team player.
Minimum Qualification:

A BSC, HND or OND.
1-2 years experience in sales, call center or customer care is desired.

The French Embassy in Nigeria (Abuja) is recruiting a bilingual secretary (French and English) to start by June 2018. The chosen candidate will be under a local contract and will be paid in Naira by bank transfer. Remuneration will comprise the following:
30 days annual leave ;
Medical insurance (67% covered by the employer);
Pension contribution in a Nigerian Pension Fund Administrator;
Payment of the 13th month bonus at the end of the year.
Duties
Answering telephone calls

Requirements
