Even the governors were so powerful that the president couldn't control or call them to order because they were to determine his fate for second term. The governors forum became a tool to manipulate the presidency. Anyway, in addition to what's going on, they should expunge the imunity clause for governors and president from the constitution that way, the principle of checks and balances will become effective and Nigeria will become a great nation again.
