bro, in as much as I admire your courage I'll have to tell u the truth. creating a forum like Nl is not something someone with no programming or web designing skills should undertake.....esp as you plan on investing in it. contract someone skilled in the area and have him do it for u. granted with cms scripts you can easily created a forum. but after that what else? the work is the maintaining and securing of the forum not just creating it. pm me for more advice on wassap on 08164220091

Many things are involved. You have to think about the audience who will be making use of your platform, your main objectives for developing a forum, level of tolerance to getting a positive result, the developer to build the forum, the maintenance scheme to apply and endless ideas of plans.
