A vacancy exists for an Administrative/Technical assistant in a Small Business in Port Harcourt.
The Business is involved mostly in the ICT Sector so an interest in ICT would be a plus.

The Business is currently trying to restructure and as such a lot of work would be involved at times so pls don't apply if you are scared to work Hard.

We are growing and moving from being an online-only ICT company and as such We require the services of an Admin/Technical Intern to work from our Office at Old GRA in Port Harcourt.

Candidate is expected to be VERY INTELLIGENT and interested in the ICT Industry and have BASIC Knowledge of the following:
HTML
MS OFFICE
CSS
JOOMLA
WORDPRESS
BASIC GRAPHIC DESIGN (Photoshop)
& Also must speak good English, have a good phone voice and be able to handle the Telephone(good phone manners).

Job Description
The Job Position which would be split in 2 (Admin & ICT) as we grow would include the following tasks:
1. Handling Business Communications (Phone and Email) and routing them appropriately
2. Performing Basic Administrative Tasks as required - Typing, Data Entry, etc
3. Learning Daily from provided Material & the internet on our services
4. Providing in Solutions to Customer Issues -
5. Assisting in Basic Web Development
6. Providing Assistance in Graphics Manipulation, etc
7. Providing Mentorship to Additional Staff as we grow.
