PLS NOTE EMAIL CORRECTION

A growing professional training institute urgently requires the service of a FEMALE Administrative Support/Front Desk Officer.

Job Description:
1. Responsible for day to day interaction with customers and trainees.
2. Manage and maintain company files and training records.
3. Responsible for day to day administrative support task including document preparation and other regular computer duties.

Requirements:
1. Must be competent in the use of basic computer softwares such as Ms Word, Ms PowerPoint, Ms Excel and CorelDraw
2. Good background in administrative duties.
3. Able to communicate fluently with outstanding relationship skills
4. Smart, proactive and diligent in task actualization
5. Good accounting skills or background will be an added advantage.

Qualification:
1. Minimum of OND in Accounting or any administrative related courses.
2. 0-2 year working experience
3. Reside in Port Harcourt
