So I am currently building a web application that allows user to pay for stuff with the airtime on their phone. A very good example of what I mean is www.mymusic.com.ng, I know it has to mean me making some kind of deal with network service provides like MTN and the rest, but then that is all I know about it. please anybody with an idea of how to go about it can comment. Help a brother out here. Thanks as you help.

No I didn't build mymusic.com.ng, I am just asking if anybody knows how to go about their "payment with airtime" feature. If you do, pls help me out.

You might be able to use a short code service. However, only the webmaster who built the website would know how to effect that.

it's very much possible to now accept airtime as method of payment on your platform. Just like the way paystack works. this will only require "airtime PIN" instead of "ATM Card details" to complete payment instantly on any web.
