How do i go about this with out breaking adsense rules.

Savings account = bank exchange it for you at their fraudulent exchange rate which is Btwn 300-320


360 minus 300 =60
You lose 60 per 1$ being exchanged for you by your bank

3html, you'll just have to update your payment details in the payment page.put the domiciliary account number and intermediary bank and swift bic code there. If you need any other thing contact your bank's twitter account, they respond faster there
