Abi. you cannot met cut off mark and your name is excluded in the merit list. unless ui states otherwise. though some candidate's names that met cut off mark last year did not come out in the merit list and ui stated that; ui also told them not to panic and their name subsequently showed in the second list. but this year is different. if truely the lady meet the cut off mark, her name will surely show in the second list.
