Which browser are you using? I jst opened it on my phone now with operamini. U need to try it with system.

He meant between 19th and 22nd of the succeding month. For instance the awaiting September Stipend will be paid between 19th and 22nd of October. Are u okay?

Check your mail especially,your spam,they might have sent you your matching congratulatory message,my brother got his own yesterday in his spam and he also participated in the Owerri jobfair.

print out both forms, take it to your employer for signatory, then agree a day you'l resume work. Then take the UBA form to any nearest branch( sometimes stated on the form) and open your account. Goodluck!
