Downloaded the game and softwares needed....even downloaded the video attached on how to install the game.then after test running the game had to read tons of pages of tutorials on how to play the game

Plot summary:

Roman general (marius) with his commanding officer volition are tasked with defending the roman capital against invading barbarians.
During the course of his duty ,he discovers certain facts about the events that brought about the cruel demise of his family.

After a light training with his father barbarians barge into their villa and murders his mother and sister.

Marius and his father in the course of pursuing the barbarians lost his life himself.
While dying ,he tells marius to "save rome from them"
Miss interpreting its meaning at first he later realises it was the crop of roman rulers his father was really referring to not the barbarians.

It turned out that his father's popularity was too big a pill for the emperor to swallow and he felt his was being challenged.
