The Admission Letter Ȋ̝̊̅§ in an MS Word format just download it A̶̲̥̅̊₪d fill it gently iff ┏̲Y̶̲̅┓̲o̶̲̥̅̊u̶̲̥̅̊ can dance around microsoft word perfectly else u should goto cafe

there should be a link on your portal(after u're logged in) from where ┏̲Y̶̲̅┓̲o̶̲̥̅̊u̶̲̥̅̊ can download both d medical form A̶̲̥̅̊₪d the jamb 02 A̶̲̥̅̊₪d 03 form so try to locate it but if it seems hard to locate A̶̲̥̅̊₪d u happen to be residing in ibadan find your way into d sch A̶̲̥̅̊₪d use one of the Cafe at The SUB building

NO I haven't... But am sure all u'll need for d clearance will be provided on your portal #just_chill...it wasn't like dis last year when I did M̶̲̥̅γ clearance all necessary document needed were made available to all users on admissions.ui.edu.ng page without necessarily logging in to ur portal but this year seems different

just staple it. Speaking from experience in 2015 we stapled it

Just got all document remaining my affidavit.......are we to fill the medical , undertaken, jamb 02 and 03 with pen, cuz it was only the acceptance form that i typed ?

warning..... do not glue your passport..... just staple the tip of the passport... coz they will check the name under it with signature.
..use the same method throughout with same passport.

d ume 02 Nd 03 form will it be 2 different form cos d one I downloaded Nd printed out is just 03

truth be told, I don't personally think that the girl in question scored up to the self-acclaimed 53. There's more space in the department of biochemistry judging from the carrying capacity. If she had gotten 53 as score, then she would've been given her course in the main UI campus and not her affiliate institution.
